Steve/Tony moments: Arms and Shoulders
→ I’ve got your back, shellhead.
Chris Evans and Stan Lee on the set of The Avengers
#this makes me really sad #because if you ignore the wiring and all the cameras and such #it looks like steve was just at that cafe #and he just happened to encounter one of his old friends from before #and at first he doesn’t recognize him because the man is short and wrinkled and old #but then he looks into his eyes #and they’re a little more worn and a little more sad #but he knows those eyes #and he remembers the laughter that used to play in those eyes #and when the man recognizes him #at first it’s awkward and uncomfortable #because how do you tell what would be an old friend that you’re just like you were when he last saw you #seventy years ago #but then he just gives you this small grin #and he’s got that same laughter in his eyes #and he says ‘long time no see huh rogers’ #and then for just a couple of minutes they’re laughing and talking as if nothing ever happened #as if seventy years hadn’t happened #and in the back of his head steve knows that it’s not the same and that it should be weird #but just for a few minutes#he lets himself forget #lets himself pretend #and just for a few minutes #the future isn’t so bad
I promise I’ll reblog this every time I see it on my dashboard. Because it’s a beautiful post, and because I love it.
making people laugh is literally the best feeling ever
Tony Stark vs. Tony Stark in disguise as Robert Downey Jr.
is “no” an emotion because i feel it
imagine this
you’re in a movie theatre. there’s a funny scene. the audience laughs, and from somewhere in the room, you hear it
ehehehehe

The strongest scene in a movie was this dialogue:
Loki: Am I cursed?Odin: No.Loki: What am I?Odin: You’re my son.Loki: What more than that? The casket wasn’t the only thing you took from Jotunheim that day, was it?Odin: No. In the aftermath of the battle, I went into the temple and I found a baby. Small, for a Giant’s offspring. Abandoned, suffering, left to die. Laufey’s son.Loki: Laufey’s son?Odin: Yes.Loki: Why? You were knee-deep in the Jotun blood. Why would you take me?Odin: You were an innocent child.Loki: No. You took me for a purpose. What was it?Silence.Loki: TELL ME!Odin: I thought we could unite our Kingdoms one day - bring about an alliance, bring about permanent peace - through you.Loki: Wh-?Odin: But those plans no longer matter.Loki: So I’m no more than another stolen relic, locked up here, until you might have use of me?Odin: Why do you twist my words?Loki: You could have told me what I was from the beginning! Why didn’t you?!Odin: You’re my son. I wanted only to protect you from the truth.Loki: Why? Because I- I- I’m the monster parents tell their children about at night?Odin: No-Loki: You know it all makes sense now, why you favoured Thor all these years! Because no much you claimed to love me, you could never have a Frost Giant sitting on the throne of Asgard!
